Welcome to Dream Soaps Med Spa. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system, by phone, or in person.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow for check-in.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-shows may result in forfeiture of deposit or prepayment.

3. Deposits & Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure certain treatments.

• Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved payment methods.

4. Medical Disclosure

• Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, allergies, and skin conditions prior to treatment.

• Dream Soaps Med Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or medications.

5. Treatment Results

• Results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

• Dream Soaps Med Spa does not guarantee specific results from any treatment.

• Multiple sessions may be required for optimal outcomes.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

• All treatment sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered.

• Prepaid packages and deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable at the discretion of management.

• Retail products may be returned/exchanged within 7 days if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

7. Age Policy

• Clients must be 18 years or older for most treatments, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

8. Liability Waiver

• By receiving services, clients agree to release Dream Soaps Med Spa and its staff from any liability related to treatment risks, side effects, or complications, provided proper protocols were followed.

9. Privacy Policy

• All client information and medical history are kept strictly confidential in compliance with privacy laws.

• Personal data will only be used for booking, treatment, and internal communication purposes.

10. Right to Refuse Service

• Dream Soaps Med Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client who exhibits inappropriate behavior, fails to disclose relevant medical information, or is deemed unsuitable for the procedure.
